Response to the Sept 24 Presentations
Rhetoric to me is still kind of a mystery to me. I like the way Rebecca's presentation was interactive. All things being equal website her presentation has been the most comprehensive. But some of the fill in the blanks were vague. Erin honestly I didn't get much out of the actual presentations. I will go back and read these two articles to see if I get more out of the actual article.

Don't worry about "getting" rhetoric. It's basically using reason to form a rational opinion or argument - reason-based argument.
One thing I'll say about the fill-in-the-blanks - they made everyone pay attention, clever Rebecca.:)
